It's time for you. Can't just stops big ask question of the day. Welcome to you can't just stop the place for quietly stubborn entrepreneurs with big goals and Greens. After encountering hundreds of high achieving athletes, entrepreneurs and world changers, I've discovered that many times their impact comes from the questions they ask as much as the actions they take. That's why I invite you to answer a question each and every day to reach your goals. And now for today's question. How can I enjoy nature today? I think there's actual studies that say that nature, being outside, makes us more creative. Don't quote me on that, but I'm pretty sure there are. I find that when I get outside I'm more relaxed. My brain kind of starts to shut down because I'm not staring at a device. I'm not assaulted by all these the sensory inputs... a negative way, like nature assaults me in a positive way with sensory input, smells and sounds of forest or prairie or whatever it is, creeks, water, you know, nature can assault you with sound too, but it's it's not like something you have to decipher. I don't know. I just find it more relaxing. It just opens me up. I was the other day. I was sitting in a creek. I went somewhere and I yeah, I just went and set by a creek and listen to the water for fifteen minutes. That just allows me to think better. It allows that's where a lot of my creative ideas come from, was when I'm out for a walk or when I'm out in nature. But I think as a society we spend way too much time indoors and we spend way too much time connected in nature. Getting outside in nature disconnects us in a good way. And so how do we how can we incorporate more of that into our life, especially today, you know, noodling on this question today. How how can... enjoy nature today? Not Tomorrow, I'm next week. Today. What can you do today? Get outside for a walk, just go sit at the park. Maybe, maybe, if you can't, let go take your laptop to the park, whatever it is, you know, get outside and get some of those get some of that good stimuli in your brain. That's going to help you be better at business, be a better person and just relax. That's the biggest thing for me is it just gets me to relax. See You tomorrow.
