It's time for you. Can't just stops big ask question of the day. Welcome to you can't just stop the place for quietly stubborn entrepreneurs with big goals and Greens. After encountering hundreds of high achieving athletes, entrepreneurs and world changers, I've discovered that many times their impact comes from the questions they ask as much as the actions they take. That's why I invite you to answer a question each and every day to reach your goals. And now for today's question. Who are my five closest friends and do they lift me up or hold me down? Well, if you hadn't heard it before, we are the average of our five closest friends. Now, a lot of people, when they hear that, when they think about this average of our five closest friends, thing that it usually goes to money, like we make the average of what our five closest friends make. And that's not what this total concept is...

...about. It's not just about money. It's also about relationships, like how do they treat their closest friends, their family? How did they how do they treat people in general? Are they kind? You know, what values do they have? It's not just the money. It's also the values that were the average of these same values as well. Right. So the question today is about you know, look at that circle of five closest friends and you know, again, are they lifting you up or they holding you down? Do you need to make some changes there? I mean, over my lifetime, friends of come and go and some of those have been on purpose, right, because they were holding me down. And it sounds really cold and calculating and kind of cruel to say that, Hey, I'm cutting you loose because you're holding me down. But if you want to, if you have places you want to go in life, things you want to do,...

...goals you want to achieve, you're not going to do that if somebody's holding you back, if they're feeding you headfuls of garbage about negative attitudes about the world or negative attitudes about money, or negative attitudes about any number of things. If you're getting fed a constant stream of negativity from who are supposedly your closest friends, that's not good. It's going to be hard for you to achieve the things you want to achieve in life because you're just you're just starting from this low baseline. You've got all these hurdles to overcome before you ever you can get anywhere. And so you know again, holding you up, lifting you up, holding you down, what's it going to be, and what changes need to be made to raise the average of your five closest friends? See You tomorrow.
