I've discovered thatmany times their impact comes from the questions they ask as much as theactions they take. That's why I invite you to answer a question eating everyday to reach your door and now, with today's question, what if I still had every customersince I started my business when my friend Tom First shared this questionwith me, it was like a sick burn. It was like Damn, Oh ouch, I think wowthat one will make you stop and think, and it's really just kind of a wake upcall just we're get so obsessed about getting newcustomers and batter. Customers quote unquote, better customers that we weforget about the customers we have or...

...that we had and we let them fall by thewayside or we don't take care of them or whatever. It is. However, theydrifted away from us what if they were all still here? What would our businesslook like to day if we had never lost a customer? We just kept buildingcustomer after customer after customer after customer, and there was no turnwhatsoever. That's a pretty if you stopped and did the math on that, andmaybe you could do that today, but if you stopped and did the math on thatholy snaky, just imagine how much your top linerevenue would be this year compared to what it really is going to be this year.If you had kept every single customer so now the challenge becomes like allright. What am I going to do with this? This is just kind of the wake up callto we need to keep building. We need to keep lairing customer on top ofcustomer and not constantly starting over and reinventing the wheel. Well,I'm pretty sure today's question is on...
