It's time for you can't just stop bigask question of the day. That's why I invite you to answer a question each in everyday to reach your door and now for today's question, which emotions do I want to feel thisweek? I I know it's not a Monday, it's not a Sunday, but we can still say inthe next week right. So what emotions which emotions do I want to feel thisweek? Well, the first thing that comes to mind is it's up to us right. You getto choose how you want to feel how you want to react to situations, yesterday's question we talked aboutcontrolling and how we need to like go...

...of that controlling thing, because thatthat's giving us some negative emotion, probably well what emotions, whatpositive emotions do we want to feel this week? I guess I just go to positive emotions.Maybe somebody out there is thinking of a negative emotion. They want to feelthis week. I'm sure there's situations where that would be true, I'm not surewhy, but I'm sure there are, but for me I want to design some positive emotionsinto my coming week and how am I going to do that? What what emotion, first ofall, which emotions do I want to feel this week? I guess happiness, joy, excitement accomplishment isaccomplishment of emotion. Maybe these are the kind of the things I want todesign in my weak, and how am I going to do that? That's kind of the follow up questionto the question today is, you know, get those emotions, then how is that? Howare you going to make that happen in the next week so that you, actually youplan out your life? It doesn't just...

You have a lot of control overthis thing, we're going to and and through, and how are you going to exertthat control? Well, it kind of starts with the plan, and the plan for thisweek is how do you want to feel all right? Well, this was a pretty greatquestion today.
